Don't rush was today's mantra, I stuck to it for a change. The pen is made of very good quality components and is a nice weight in the hand.

Ha ha ha ha as soon as I saw it I thought that Brian would say something and low and behold... :funny::funny::funny:

Very nicely turned Jimi but for some reason these pens don't go down too well and definitely don't seem to sell in my neck of the woods.

Ah, I wondered what the joke was. :mooney2: I bought a wide selection of styles of pens to see for myself what each looks and feels like. Personally I find this pen easier to write with than many of the thinner styles. I use a pen quite a lot and an old hand injury means too small a pen can be quite painful after a time. Horse for courses and all that

You do right to try things out for yourself Jimi!
The finish and fit look good, and you've obviously thought about the clip positioning to show of the burr.
Well done that man.

I keep buying a dozen of these things and they keep selling. That doesnt make them any nicer. The rhodium looks less ghastly than the others though.

Brian would like it if someone could post one in acrylic.

You keep experimenting Jimi - how else are you going to know whats good, bad or indifferent. Don't let these buggers put you off. Make your own decisions and keep turning to the same standard you've shown here. So OK, maybe you don't need to experiment with a polaris again:devil: Can't wait for Brian's reaction when you get round to PSI. :bwink:
