A TM Gunmetal Alpha Fountain pen.
Made using a single piece of African Blackwood.
I purposely combined the Heart wood and Sap wood to create this effect that i call

That’s a beauty Johnny. It’s not always easy to keep the white sapwood clean unless you know the method & you obviously do.:thumbs:
For the new starters when you sand African Blackwood & some other timbers with white sapwood it pays to apply sanding sealer before sanding, do this for each grit. It stops the darker timber from bleeding into the sapwood & turning it a dirty white. It keeps the pen looking crisp & clean.
