They were around 18mm , i turned them down with about 2mm to spare then finished off with abranet & micro mesh , did not want to turn too close to the finished size because i was scared of ruining them. 3 turned like a knife through butter , one was a little more tougher to turn ??

First class casting Johnny the layout of the parts really neat ,easy to see and tasteful. Altogether masterful pens mate.Did you find them difficult to make and cast?
