We are all behind this year with the little plot we call a veg patch. Every-time I volunteer the wife stops me so I said if I can find a smaller spade would that be OK. Well after a bit of pestering she agreed but only if I use a small spade hammer and axe to clear the patch properly:wink:.

Well I could not find one so made my own, how long it will take is anyone's guess.:whistling::whistling::whistling:

They look familiar to me,in miniature they hold no fear.In 1955 I dug the foundations for our new house in two days with their big brothers. I had to remove twelve Eucalypts from the block prior to by hand and axe.

The latest bout with a shovel few weeks ago I brought in nearly a ton of blue metal fines , Wilma and I shifted I wheeled and spread 60 metres from out the side frontin the trailer.

Derek you do have a deft hand with small things thanks for sharing.

Peter.

Thank you all for the comments the back and chassis has now been given all the finish but still working on the cab area which should be completed today in respects to all the bits fitted then tomorrow that will have the finish applied. After that it is onto the bring part of making 62 links which each link there are three parts but plenty of routing operations to get them the correct shape as well as 124 holes to be drilled.
