When I first saw the kit I did not like it but with the closed end I must admit it looks great. You have made a fantastic job of it I like the shape you have used on the pen.

Thank you, so would I, I am not too keen on gold, I'd like to see gunmetal, Ti and platinum, but I don't blame Dan for starting with Chrome and Gold.

Peter I can not judge a two piece pen in the closed position however it looks great on the outside and I agree with the affirmative comments except I have no preferences over gold in this particular pen. The fit is smooth as. Perhaps an interesting series of comments from non pen makers will prove it out as a saleable pen IMHO it will sell like crazy.

Yep, lke that alot too. But why make it closed end? Didnt you like it the way it was?

Looks really nice in the jacket you have put it in tho..
