The locking bolt must not be engaging right. When the quill comes out check it for damage.Question I have a 240 Axminster lathe not variable speed. However I am having problems with my tailstock. Don't know technical names for a start. But the screwed section of it keeps coming out and also it keeps coming out of the gruve and turns. Any ideas on how to rectify.....
