Nope. Never happened to me. Ever.

Maybe, once... it was Thursday. No more than twice!

I was drunk at the time!! ...It was dark?!

Oh, who am I kidding! Of course it happens. Very often. As I turn for fun, I look at these mishaps as opportunity to work on a fix. That is very satisfying, I find.
