Great going there! I found it hard work trying to turn a joblot! Well done - some beautiful pens, hope they all sell and make a shed load of money for the cause!

I have a process now Alex

Get the blanks cut / drilled and tubes painted (as per main blank colour.
Leave them until the following weekend and glue the tubes in.
The following weekend I start to turn, once I get into a rhythm, it’s not to bad and I can do between 10 and 15 in a day.

However, if I get one or two explode (The joys of resin & lack of concentration) I will walk away and leave them. :duh:
