Sorry Terry I can't tell you that, I'm waiting for Eamonn to show up and ask me the same question

I agree about the swirls, it is a hit and miss affair when you make them and I tried to use the part of the blank that was as consistent as possible.

I will post the comparison photo after dinner, I have made curry and rice, I am so looking forward to it, and say what I think of the Castellar and in comparison with the Dayacom.
