Just wondering does anyone else find parts missing from their pen kits

I have had issues occasionally with supplied pens but never from Timberbits, my orders have always been spot on, well packaged, swift delivery and contained everything ordered

No, I can't remember that happening, if you are missing something email David and he will sort it out for you.

David sorted it out but I had to wait until my next order. I've got to admit David is very good and I think it was just one of those things twice but not bad for 2years of supplying me without any problems

Why don't you ask here if anyone is ordering from Timberbits and see if they will let David put the missing bits in with their order, okay you will have to pay postage, from whoever is ordering, to you, but you will get them quicker that way. I have done it before so I know it works.
