Dan kindly sent me one of his new range Alpha Pens to try out
It has a Chrome finish with Gold Accents
The central band comes pre assembled which in my mind is a great improvement
As we have come to expect from our Dan this is another great pen in his collection

I made this one up in the theme of a Wedding Pen. The Blank is a Pearlecent Wedding White from Dave at Penblanks UK.

It looks lovely, is there a pink in the blank?

There is a tinge of pink in the finished pen Peter. I don't know where it's come from the raw blank did not seem to have any pink in it. I painted the tubes white and used a two part epoxy for glueing the tubes in whether they reacted I don't know but I must admit that the tinge of pink looks quite nice on the finished pen

I think there maybe a slight difference in the clip ring and finial measurements as with so many kits.
In which case I would like to see the clip ring hidden.
Just me and another reason not to buy kits.

Evening shadows make me blue I notice pen parts differ in manufacture then depending on the lighting used shadows and highlights appear that give another rendition of the pen. You made the pen fullish mate as I feel it deserves as when Bush to Bush you can loose that lovely blush of colour that comes with the light effects and from within the the blank.

Thank you for the detailed pictures mate beautiful purpose made pen.

Peter.
