Hi all this is the 1st of my next batch from Mik Lawrence. This was a request by a customer, Mik did cast it for a jnr gent 2 but i fitted it to an Alpha instead....the bottom tube is 5 mm longer and the top seemed good....its also now got a Bock 1.9 italic fitted...i have had so many complements about these:thumbs:20160628_181608.jpg

That's a beautiful pen sir . Italic nibs are my favorite for writing I use a 1950's Waterman 14ct italic nib constantly and would be lost without it.

i have some alphas to do after my current batch of omegas. I am looking forward to them now, i must choose some special blanks.

Peter...i am selling more fountain pens at the mo than others...i am listening to customers and doing as requested...for me it seems to be working....nibs are a minefield also but i try and stock 1 each of Beauforts italic nibs in #5 and #6 and let the customer dictate there choice....The Omega's are what i sell most of and i tell people that they are good nibs fitted as standard again there choice if they want to upgrade....
