Spent the day and evening savouring Test Cricket Aust v England day nighter in Adelaide. In between Aust v England, Australia World Champions in Rugby League, the preliminary match Aussie Jillaroos World Champions defeating NZ women rugby league. Flooding rain at ours more for the whole week, a real pleasure after a dry patch for some time.

Attempting to create harmony out of chaos.

I watched the rugby league Peter and the best team won......just. What a bruising encounter, epic to watch

Yep only just though, the Ozzies were on their knees towards the end and if it hadn't been for that last gasp ankle tap tackle it might well have been a different story.

I'm not a rugby fan but was on the edge of my seat, hell of a match. :thumbs:

To fuel the fire for me the English Teams coach used to be the inaugural Canberra Raiders Coach, Mal Meninga the Aussie Coach was one of the formative Raiders best Player. There was a lot of spite on the day,yes I agree on the edge of my seat and felt the bruising play. Non stop in high humidity. Gladiators Day really.Toughest and best game of the series IMHO.
