Well I thought I wouldn't have time for any turning this weekend, but I managed to get three pens done today, two wooden, one acrylic.
So here's the wooden ones

A gold slimline finished in what could be olive wood (but its darker than the other olive have) supplied by that well known chap in York

A chrome European Filigree with Walnut (I know it's Walnut cos I wrote it on it)

The acrylic will be posted in the appropriate section :winking:

Nice bits of wood, well turned and photographed but oh dear I do not like the armour cladding, looks more like chainmail than filigree.
Sorry not for me that one it hides a lovely bit of wood.

I have to agree with you Brian. Her in doors bought three filigree kits and chose the Walnut for the Chrome one. I think I will use a plainer acrylic as I can find on gold and gunmetal kits

Nice pens Chas, I see what the others mean with the filigree on this wood but I'm sure it would fit on some others or maybe acrylic.

A couple of beauts, I like the clip on the second pen, but not the casing.

Two lovely pens Chas and I understand what the others are saying about the filigree, it detracts from the beauty of the wood.

Great looking pens, agree with the filigree..

Her in doors bought three filigree kits and chose the Walnut for the Chrome one.

That's what goes wrong when you leave the buying to a woman... Bling, bling.... They are attracted to it for some reason..

I made the same mistake as you buying the filigree kits never again

That can't be, the master making a mistake. :winking:
