A few months ago i posted up on the forums about Bisley cabinets on Ebay, as i was after a couple more .. The other day i received a PM from Keith (Yorkshireman) asking me if i was still interested as his Wife was going to an auction and they had some of these cabinets as lots ..

Well today he delivered two to my door ..

This is why i am proud to be a member of these forums ..

He also brought me a Japanese waterstone ..

Lucky you, the cabinets look good & the water stone & carrier are great. Used the king water stone for years & can give a mirror finish to your tools.

Careful with the praise Jim, I've got a tightfisted reputation to mintain. If I see any more coming up for auction I'll let folks know.

Good find by the wife Keith and very generous of you to think of Jim
But whats this thing they call "Yorkshire grit"?
Is it something they spread on the roads to the east of the pennines? :face::mooney2::wink:
