Just finished this little turned box wood in unknown I thought i would add the lines to hid the break for the opening and also a little bit of texturing on the lid which I dyed with spirit stain and gold

That's a sweet little box. Great shape and love the chatter work. It breaks up the end grain very nicely. What is the size and what is the finish?

Thank you all anyone know the wood by any chance.

Terry I used a texturing tool with wheels for the lid. It is 3 1/2" tall and 3" at its widest, finish is Danish oil and a buff on my buffing system

That is a cracker !

I really like boxes like that, and the grain match is perfect.

Useful and beautiful, what a great combination.
