Thank you feel like I just started with a bit of back pain. Bit like when I done competitive swimming and hadn't trained for a month came out after 2 hours training and sore all over. But we stopped training over the school holidays which over here is July and August. That's why my cousins in Southampton hated me as I could do over late July and came home last week in August....
