I sand from 180 to 600 then use Farecla Profile 200, 300 and 500 plastic polishing compound and a final going over with Hutt Ultra plastic polishing liquid. In the past I've sanded to 800 dry then wet sanded with micro mesh to 12000 grit but I got fed up with having water containers which if always forget to cover and they end up full of shavings. The Farecla is very easy to use and you can skip the 200 and go straight to the 300
