I just got a lovely bit of Jarrah Burr which has a number of voids in it.

What's the best way to fill/turn this - should I fill it first then turn it, or turn it roughly to size and fill from there? What should I fill it with?

Should I douse it in thin CA to hold it together?

I haven't turned anything like this before, and really don't want to mess it up - it is a lovely bit of wood!

Alan
