Hi all
I have a couple of pen kits - thanks to Brian
These have different diameter brass tubes, is there an easy way to hold these with blank attached in my (metal work) lathe so a chuck one end and a mortise taper size 2 the other end
There is talk of mandrels, can these be set to take different tubes ? That will fit
Any good ones or poor to avoid ?
Are there other options ?
If I go plastic / acrylic is super glue recommend to bond the tube to bland or epoxy ?

Thanks in advance for thoughts

Simon

You're a lucky lad having Brian show you the ropes Simon. Can't go far wrong under his guidance.

have a sneaky look in his cupboards to see if you can find all that plastic he has hidden away. :whistling:
