Evening all.

This is a nice blank and a little bit different. It was part of the stock that was acquired from the Conway Stewart factory when they closed down.

It's called Turquoise Fleck, and I did originally make it with the idea of keeping it for myself, but in the end I sold it. I added some red accent rings to break up the pattern a little and I think it makes for quite a striking writing implement.

Cheers
Ash

As always Ash, very well thought out and excellent execution. Your bang on with the red accents it gives separation otherwise it might have been too much with that pattern and that's a lovely red❤️

Beautiful!! There was some true skill, in the making of these blanks. I've been trying to figure out how to cast my own blanks, with some kind of similar effect... Its a true secret art!!

Thanks Pete. Yes these red accent rings were my signature feature on all my pens when I started but I don’t do it so much now. I know Casey made mention to me when he did it on a pen he made recently, which was nice of him, but he really didn’t need to! 👍👍
