You have built the classic elite pen up correctly, but I always think the centre band would have looked better the other way around.

Just my thoughts on the kit..

That's how it appears in the instructions.
PSI is only about an hour from me in PA. He says that the ''O Ring''
should be installed in the groove of the bushing so it acts as a cushion
between the cap and pen. Makes sense.
