Hi all!

Two more Europeans!!
Another Snakewood and a Bird's Eye Maple. Both are finished with friction polish followed by two coats of renaissance wax.

The top cap doesn't come off. The step is where I turn the bottom to fit into the centre band slightly. To me just gives a better flow to the pen!!!!!! Hope that makes sense

To AQ - the snakewood turned well for me. It's the second one I have done. Took my time drilling and then light cuts when turning. I was told it was well seasoned but I'm not sure if that makes a difference.

Les - the kits are just basic from Axminster Tools here in the UK

Cheers
Chris
