A slimline and a Streamline both of Weston Pier.

The Slimline has Oak ends from the old pier and the decking from the new pier and the Streamline has Oak from the old pier.

A local charity reclaimed timber place sold off the offcuts of the new decking and the entire usefull stuff of the old. I wish I'd bought as much as I could handle of the new pier which is superb teak and was £8 a meter at 5"x2". I could have made a shed out of it for not a lot of money although its bloody heavy.

I have some old and new pier from your good self.
The teak has some beautiful inlace character to the grain which is hard to photograph but looks superb on the finished pen.
Two lovely pens Paul up to your superb standards, well done sir.

From Peer to Pier quite significant I prefer the one in the last pic that is a difficult timber to make special I had bought heaps of it one time gave it all away degree of difficulty very :thumbs::thumbs::thumbs:high but in your case historic becoming priceless.

Kind regards Peter.
