Hi mates,
I'm looking for quality fancy slimline pen kits in rhodium or titanium. Where are you ordering your pen components in England-Europe? Normally I order from Dan (Taylor Mirfield) but unfortunately he doesn't have those kits yet.

Thanks in advance
Stefano

You can get the fancy platings from Rizheng if you go to the bother of importing them yourself.

Peter

Seeing Rays post, I should point out I was talking about streamlines.

You will have to register, http://www.penkitsmall.com

They do Black Titanium, Silver, Platinum, Titanium Gold as well as all the other normal platings.

I've never seen slimlines available in premium platings. Streamlines yes, I've got those from Timberbits and Dan has them too in platinum

Ok rayf6604, but the streamlines you are talking about have premium platings and are extremely durable resisting tarnish and resistant to scratching and acids? Or they have only the color of platinum and titanium?
That's because after a couple of months some pens I made are now unpleasant to be looked at.:thinks:

I have no idea, you may be better asking Dan but I think he's gone on holiday for few days.

Just to add to that, the streamline kits in platinum I had recently from Timberbits have a made in Taiwan label on them. From everything I've heard of others on here, Taiwanese kits tend to be better quality than Chinese kits, so I would assume that these kits have a decent plating on them.

Looking at Ritz site I see the Australian distributer is located in Alice Springs.

Peter.

Ah, cucumber sandwiches and high tea.
