Thats better Roy. The bump may not be to everyone's liking but you've got to test these things out otherwise you'll never know and for sure someone out there will like it and pay a pretty penny for it too.

Nicely made and finished Roy a little thought about the bump will it not get in the way of the clip when you try to clip it in your pocket

No idea on the wood, 10/10 for trying something different, shame it didn't work out! Dimensionally that looks to be very nicely turned and finished.
