I think you will find that Merv has let it go but I'm not sure if he has fully shut it down yet there are some of the old UKAP members on this forum who will let you know Merv is also a member on here as well

Hi all

As a former moderator of Merv's forum I can confirm that it has been closed down due to lack of posting. The site will eventually be closed. I don't know when that will happen but no doubt Merv will let us know.
