Hi all, heres another kit that I would like someone to identify for me. Had to take the picture with flash so a bit bright. What doesn't show up is the long white fibre thingy and a white sort of nib. The black is an O ring. I'm guessing a fibre tip pen but can't find any reference to one.

Yep a perfume pen just make sure you make a wooden collar to push the piece where the tip fits into tube and that you put the long white tube in first the tip can be put in last.

It looks to me a perfume pen ;you turn same as pen but when putting together"the long fibre piece is wick and gets sealed in the longest part BEFORE end capping .the small piece fits the end and the lid and end are screw assembly the top is capped. To use unscrew and there should be plastic syphon thing. Use this to syphon perfume put into wick after removing end (the small white piece) .then ready and the perfume is drawn up the wick . Use as required. The o ring is seal on screw section . Hope this helps.....
