They are copyrighted and you would need to seek permission to print them, especially if you are using them for commercial gain. If you see a logo in a magazine and cut it out and stick that on a pen then as long as you are not trying to pass them off as Merc Pens for example then you should be okay. If you printed the logo for making one for yourself then it's unlikely you would ever have a problem unless you tried to sell it.


Ask Dan about copyright infringement. I have had quite a few decent copyright infringement wins against copy shops, why should someone copy my copyrighted item for free especially for commercial gain.
