Wall clocks

Last week I had time to turn four wall clocks out of Red Gum burl. (Peter Penpal - remember we went to buy some burl last year?) The photos do not give them justice - they are quite big at 35cm in diameter and look very nice on the wall. 2 has gloss finish, and two with satin finish. The designs and the idea itself to make clocks is inspired by Jim Reid, (one of the top Aussie woodturners), who demonstrated how he does them himself.
