Very important for your young lungs Matty, you only have one set init?
No good for me now the damage is done for us old gits, I smoked for 45 years sucking in all sorts of shit.
Insulted lofts with no protection, asbestos was everywhere when I was a kid. cut boards of MDF which is banned the world over except here.
That's just to name a few of the stupid things I have done
