Just a quick heads up for those who are interested. Walter is too probably too modest to shout about it himself, but this month's issue of Woodturning Magazine features the first in his new series of articles dedicated to making kitless pens. Might be of interest to a few people here.

(an excellent choice of nib by the way Walter - thanks very much!)

Thanks Chas, the next article (WT issue 288) will be the completion of this pen (barrel and cap). Issue 289 will have an article about making a vacuum chamber for stabilising pen blanks then I am planning a couple more articles on scratch built pens, a rollerball and a ballpoint maybe using some kit parts such as clips and twist mechanisms.

Not unless they want to get sued for breach of GMC publications copyright.

It might get posted on the GMC website and if not I will make a pdf of each part available once the relevant mag is no longer on sale.

I would appreciate this. :thumbs::thumbs:
