At a craft fair, sold a fountain pen. Each customer gets the explanation that there is no ink in the pen, cartridge not fitted as I would have to flush them all through after every show and as I have around 60 on my stand no way am I doing that each week. However, they get to try the nib by dipping it in a bottle.

I dont pass on the cartridges supplied with them as I have had problems with some of the chinese ones being to big for the pen bore and I let them go find their own supply.

Email from customer,
"I'm having trouble changing the ink cartridge inside as I don't seem to be able to take it out"
Me to customer
"Is the issue that you cannot get the ink cartridge off the nib holder once the nib section is detached from the pen barrel"
Email from customer
"Yes I do believe this is the case"
To customer
"Where did the cartridge come from?"
To me
"It was already in the pen itself, do you want me to send it to tyou to have a look at?"
To Customer
"No, can you send me a photo of the offending part?"

Here is the video that he sent me!

OK _ Does anyone know how to post a video that isnt on youtube?

Upload it to your own website and insert the url in the insert video box.

Cant do that Brian, if you saw it you'd understand why! Plus the fact that I aint got a scooby how to upload anything other than to Photobucket! Facebook - forget it. Twitter? whats that.
