Everyone who buys a pen from me gets a leaflet explaining how to look after the pen and where to get and fit refills. I offer either a plunger or cartridge as standard and explain the options. I do not give away the cartridges as I have had two clients, equally stupid, who punctured the cartridge but failed to secure the cartridge and ruined a jacket and tried to take me to the small claims court. I tell everyone how to fit it and where to get them. The ink that he had in the pen was that on the nib when he dipped it to try it out. From memory he wasn't that young, I think he might have enjoyed the beer tent a bit too much!
