Well it had to happen. A thread on Corona virus.

I have been told that I must stay at home and not go anywhere.:sob: Don't know what to make of all this. I have been informed that I am at high risk. Can't look after the kids for a while as they may be carriers. Being over 70 has its drawbacks but better safe than sorry I suppose.

What does all this mean then!!!!!! WORKSHOP TIME,,,,,,,,,,,,Yippee:banana::banana::banana:

What can I make now?

Cheers

Even though I am under the 70 mark I will still be under isolation as the wife is over 70 and me because of my health issues.

At least I have more than enough wood to last me:banana:

We are both under 70 but due to health reasons are being cautious, taking the government advice and not moaning about it. We are not in isolation but will be practicing social distancing. I expect we’ll be out to see some friends next week at a safe distance.

I have wood and blanks but nowhere near enough to last me for the amount of time the government is saying I should be isolated. Stiles and Bates hopefully will still be trading.

I am supposed to remain in isolation for 4 months (ouch) but that means plenty of practice time.

Good to hear from you Derek and pleased the workshop is up and running. Look after yourself.

Found this on the internet:

Fact not fear. Clean hands. Open hearts.
Our children will thank us for it.

Sums it all up really

I'm in the same boat. 71 this year.
Heart problems, 3 stents, defibrillator implant.
Everything here in NY and PA is pretty much shut down.
Good time to clean up the shop.
Be safe and well everyone!
