What a "DUMBO"

Help needed , how to dismantle a Sierra pen?
made a pen for SHMBO with Coffee bean blank , put it together
then had a senior moment and forgot to seal with CA.
I have dismantled slimline with two screwdrivers ground down
but smallest wont go through twist mechanism to tap out top cap and clip.

with the sierra you should be able to take the twist mechanism out an put a bar in a tap it on the bench that how i do it

Hi Smoker The nib end and the mechanism should all pull out together by hand then you can use a bar to get the clip end out you will find it handy to get a set transfer punches for stripping pens down Transfer Punch Set 28pce - 2-13mm | eBay
