Walter,

I still have the pens in the place they were photographed and I examined them carefully. Despite the photograph, and as well the absence of any marks or apparent scratches on the polaris, the Sierra is not marked at all, there are no scratches with or without my glasses! You are right though there is a plating difference between this and a top of the range, but it isn't scratched!
