Every time I go on the forum it says I'm logged out, I log in but next time I go on forum it says I'm not logged in.

I don’t know if computers or other tablets are the same, but my iPad has a private browsing mode & if I accidentally switch to that & log into anything that requires your password it doesn’t save it. So my guess is you are logging in using private browsing mode?
