Where to buy veneers

I have been looking around for a supplier of veneers, have seen iron on veneers etc but i am looking fot veneer strips or sheets without " glue" just wood where do you guys get your veneers, mainly looking for light wood as a contrast.

how much do you need? if it is offcuts, ebay. if it is full sheets I have used veneer hub, but capital Crispin is often recommended and has an excellent website. I have also bought a few larger pieces on ebay

Ray Hobbys and Hobbies both sell veneers, Hobbies sell a marquetry pack for £4-50 and Hobbys sell individual sheets for about £2.00

MCB supplies is probably the best supplier I have used Ray.

I have had the Vaneer marquetry pack a couple of times and it's always a good selection.

They do sample sheets at £1 a sheet so looks good, got some free samples on way from Capital Crispin,and will definately try the Hub in future
