I've got some Jack Daniels barrel if you want a few blanks. No certificate though unless I knock some up for you.

I've also got some Glenfiddich but only a few blanks left. I could let you have one though. Or I see they also have them on Turners Retreat if you want more.

I would steer clear off whiskey blanks if they are Woody's ones they must have lost there stink by now.
I took a load up to the meet at his house and they had all lost their stink.
The certificates are of no value I have loads of them, print your own the same as they do.
I still have a barrel top somewhere I was gonna make a coffee table from, that never got done either.
Spill a drop of whiskey on an oak blank will have as much relevance as a barrel blank and more flavour.
Unless you do what doc did and buy the barrel how do you know otherwise?
Any still on the shop shelves will be old stock, have a goodly sniff before parting with your hard earned.
I have a couple of staves and a variety of blanks from when Woody was doing them, they are just like any other bit of oak now all dried out.

All of the whisky blanks that Turners retreat ,Timber bits and a few American pen suppliers are selling are the ones I cut up about 5 years ago for a so called friend so none of them will smell of whisky by now and there is no guarantee that you will get what the certs say for the simple reason the blanks were packed by a third party in unlabelled bags and a mixture of bags were packed in boxes and all the cert's were put in an envelope together and they were printed by Vista print the only ones who had a quantity of them that matched the blanks with the cert's are Brian and myself and mine are all gone well I may have one or two left with the original certs that look nothing like the ones they had printed
