I just paint my tubes with acrylic paint. Item no http://m.ebay.co.uk/itm/291167079026 there is good selection of colours do if you ever need different colours to suit colours of acrylic blanks you have plenty to choose from.

Or better still paint the inside of the blank after you have drilled it. Hides the glue as well as the tube.

Agree with that one, it's the method I used for my last two blanks as I'm using polyurethane glue which has a brownish hue to it.Or better still paint the inside of the blank after you have drilled it. Hides the glue as well as the tube.

Pencrafts do white and black for slimline but don't think they do Baron
I can spray you some up if you want Jim, I use a gloss spray, because I couldn't find matt white. If it is to go inside a blank I would paint or spray the inside of the blank.I spray tubes white for embedding stuff in acrylic (as well as other colours),

Me too, (but not necessarily Halfords) for the tubes but I use artists acrylic for painting inside the blanks.

Thanks for the comments guys, i have placed an order for some slimlines and sierra's from Pencrafts as Billy suggested .. I have ordered some PR to do some blanks hence the white tubes ..
And a tin of White Primer from ebay ..
