My eagerly awaited blanks arrived this morning from Phil (Beaufort Ink). Made from Black Popular it turned very easily with no tearouts and holds a good finish. Apart from being a lovely pen, married with one of Dans Omegas this has a love provenance as far as I'm concerned being from the Chateau Les Hauts d'Aglan in the Cahors region of France. I will certainly be ordering more of these :thumbs:

Paul, you've certainly done justice to that. And in fact you've pipped me to the post because I haven't yet uploaded the blanks to the website. I still need to photograph them but I'll try to get it done before the bank holiday weekend is over. In the meantime, if anyone wants some you'll have to PM me I'm afraid, as Paul did. What he hasn't shown is the certificate that came with it.

The pen is turned to your normal impeccable standard though Paul. I'm delighted you like the blanks and thanks for saying so.
