If you look really carefully you can see these blanks moved a little bit before they were thoroughly dry! :ciggrin:

Nah! Are you sure you turned the lights on when you cut them on the bandsaw?

If you need to drill round the corners, I can recommend some folks capable of doing it for you:whistling:

This usually happens to me after I stabilise wood. Disheartening. Great grain though.
I hope you rescue them.

The great value of obtaining by sight pen blanks that dry habitually this way if you can find sound ones.A challenge when you sell blanks and naturally dry them.
