I first went to a club in Kings Lynn and well it was so secretive and no one wanted to share how they did things I tried it for a few months and gave up then I tried the Spalding club and stayed there till I moved they were a great bunch always sharing what they were doing new projects and tools they were so helpful and wood was on sale every other month at fantastic prices and to be honest I loved it there now I have moved and after settling in I went to the local club well about 30min away and it was completely the opposite very clicky no one spoke I tried to introduce myself to no avail but to crown it all the person doing the demo was a complete idiot so that was the last time I went along to them

So my point is some clubs are very good some are not so good and some are like the secret service but you will never know unless you try good luck and happy turning
