I think that any club has members that just want to come and do their thing and others that will do all the work and some are worse than others, with shooting clubs probably the worst. Being on a committee of a club is a thankless job but clubs do need all sorts of people. I don't even think about the ones that turn up and do their thing and leave without helping, that's what they want to do and I want to have a successful club so I do a bit extra. I guess it takes all sorts.
