Woody's Look-alike. African Blackwood Cartridge

When Woody created his Cartridge pen, I said I want to have a go as his really did look the biz, especially with the clip added.
So here is my version.
African Blackwood blank and Cartridge with Clip and a Homemade Brass centerband.
The blank had some lighter brown flecks in it really weird.

I like that Rowdy. The brushed finish on the cartridge looks good and the centre band too.

Love it Rowdy a good interpretation well done my friend 10 out of 10 I have just got some copper rod to do another one with a copper tip / nib end

Rowdy success with the cartridge agree with the comments I prefer the polished metal coated but thats a hangover from my Army days and my Dads forceful passing on from his days of polishing our linoleum floors in the house as a boy when removing all the brass and daily polishing was the order of the day, still highly polish my shoes.
