Looks a bit like he is cutting up kitchen chopping boards....£12.99 at Morrisons, enough for at least 30 blanks ..I could be wrong though

It is unlikely to be from a chopping board, all the one I have seen are 5mm thick bamboo cross laminated to make it less likely to bow.

You are probably correct Peter, I did say I could be wrong. I just may buy a small chopping board though, to cut up, to see what's what.:thumbs:

I have a small cheese board in bamboo and I have earmarked it for turning, it could be interesting.
