They are these Pack of 5 Woodturner's Bottle Stoppers - Project Kit Accessories - Project Kits - Woodturning - Woodturning & Crafts | Axminster Tools & Machinery based on the price I think they have a chance at craft fairs. The metal ones work out too dear in my opinion.

They're easire to do as well, you don't need a mandrel.

I have toyed with the idea of making some of the stoppers, but we never seem to need anyI will have to try it after seeing those
