A little Yew pot 3 3/4" x 2" with Brass inlay which is nice and shiny in real life. Finished in Hard Wax Oil.

This looks great. Did you melt the brass into it?

It's Sintered metal which is basically a real metal but in a powdered form. On small pieces like this you just flood the cavity with Ca and pour in the powder. Once dry you can turn or sand back. On bigger holes you can mix it with Epoxy to form a paste and build it up to fill. I have Brass, Aluminium, and Old Silver but you can get copper as well. I believe Turners retreat stock some.

Nice bowl Neil yew has some great colour and the brass sets it off.

Just a note about using epoxy to hold the brass powder in place if too little brass is used in the mix it will end up green in colour. Other than that I agree with how to apply it to holes
