That looks great Paul well done mate I will have to get some of those kits they are growing on me I never did like them before but now you have converted me

They're not too bad woody but the top doesn't screw onto the body which puts people off a bit. I bought a bunch of them so use them up now and again.

Sorry to say this but its not a kit that does anything for me, far too much plastic and not enough weight behind the pen. You've done a nice job on the cross cut zebrano. Did you use liquid sanding sealer as a base for the finish or was it naturally a brown piece of zebrano?

Paul with this pen (I have no idea how it feels) it shows something few kits do for me when opened it looks good, easy to match the grain when closed, most other kits are all metally ungainly when open or joined at the top for me one major reason i confess I love Slimlines.

Zebra Wood I have used but find furry and difficult you have tamed the shrew there mate well done you like the presentation too from:oldman:

Despite what I thought it was going to be like Jim, it was remarkably easy. It did tear a little but a quick sharpen of the skew sorted that out.
